Pastor V P Jose's vision for Doulos Biblical Seminary was deeply inspired by the mission of Love India Gospel Team. This ministry was established by a group of devout Christian believers, all driven by a shared commitment to fulfill the Great Commission entrusted to us by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Love India Gospel Team recognized the significance of proclaiming the Gospel within India's borders, especially in the face of government restrictions on foreign missionaries. Their dedication to the Gospel's message in the Indian context laid the foundation for the impactful work of Doulos Biblical Seminary.

While the world often seeks political transformation, social liberation, or material prosperity, Love India Gospel Team understood that God's ultimate agenda transcends these earthly pursuits. Instead, their focus was on announcing God's profound plan for the world through evangelism. In the Book of Acts, we find an awe-inspiring narrative of the Gospel's expansion from a small group of believers to a vast congregation numbering in the tens of thousands. This message, originating in Jerusalem, spread to the farthest corners of the earth.

Just as the early apostles faced an overwhelming task, the priority was not solely evangelism but also the essential work of discipling and equipping new believers to carry out Jesus's mission for His Church. Acts 2 underscores the importance of discipleship as the early church continued to flourish.

The Great Commission, given to all Christians, is a call to influence those whom God brings into our lives. Throughout the New Testament, we see church leaders consistently equipping every believer for the mission of the church.
